On Friday, February 22nd, Loyal Nine’s chef-owner Marc Sheehan is heading out of Cambridge for a night and working his way southbound to Newport, RI for a guest chef dinner at Forty 1° North. Sheehan will be showcasing his culinary handiwork across a selection of small plates, giving diners some insight into the Loyal Nine experience. Expect historically-inspired, colonial-meets-coastal cuisine — think: sustainability sourced seafood from Northeast waters, humanely raised & antibiotic-free meats and veggie dishes that’ll knock your socks off. The evening kicks off at 6:30pm in the spot’s Library Bar, overlooking Newport Harbor.
