Getting Gastronomical in the South End

Everyone’s favorite Harrison Ave. brasserie is launching the Gaslight Gastronomy Series on Thursday, September 27th. Make for the South End around 8:00pm to sit down to a five-course tasting menu paired with four wines. This time around, chef Michael Zentner will be sending out Parisian themed plates – charcuterie, macarons, crepes, tete de veau, vol au vent and roasted goose (though not necessarily in that order) but upcoming installments of the monthly series will take their culinary cues from different themes (whether it be region, season or even a person).
