French-Canadian cuisine is heading east on Monday, July 29th, at Café du Pays. Sous chef John Piecewicz is taking the helm and bringing Eastern European eats to Cambridge, with a la carte specials like his specialty Russian dumplings and Eastern European sausages. There’ll be Eastern-Bloc wines and beers for pairing and Vodka Martinis if you’re feeling especially fancy. No reservations necessary, but the crowds will start Russian the door at 5:00pm.
