ONCE Upon a Dinner Plate

Hungry for spring? Cuisine en Locale looks forward to the coming season with a pop-up feast from chef Trevor Smith on Sunday, March 1st. Before a new role with chef Jamie Bissonnette, Smith returns to his former stomping grounds (which also include Craigie on Main, Five Corners Kitchen and NYC’s Gramercy Tavern) for a one-night culinary event, or ONCE, showcasing his kitchen chops. The exclusive five-course prix fixe menu costs $75 per person and a separate beer, wine and liquor pairing is available for $30 per person. The revelry begins at 5:00pm with hors d’oeuvres in the lounge and moves to the ballroom for dinner until 9:00pm. Seating is limited so pick up your tickets online before they sell out.
