Bar Boulud raises the hot chocolate bar with gourmet dessert drinks from pastry chef Robert Differ. Variations on Parisian-inspired chocolat chaud are available during dinner service, 5:30-10:00pm, topped with Chantilly cream and accompanied by sweet snacks from the kitchen. January’s s’mores special is made with bittersweet chocolate and marshmallow, and comes with a graham cracker spoon and housemade mallomars. February’s version – Almond Joy – is made with milk chocolate, creamy coconut and toasted almonds, served with Caribbean coconut marshmallows and almond macarons.
