Sandrine’s Celebrates Champagne

The folks at Sandrine’s break out the bubbly for the Gala Champagne Dinner on Thursday, January 26th. Reserve a table anytime between 5:30 and 9:00pm to enjoy four-courses paired with glasses of sparkling goodness; they’ll be pouring Pierre Sparr, Veuve Clicquot and Laurent Perrier to accompany chef Raymond Ost‘s Alsatian menu. They’ve even invited Becky Sue Epstein, author of Champagne: A Global History and authority on effervescent wines, to drop by and sign a few copies of her educational guide to the origins, regions and traditions of the celebratory beverage.
