Pooler’s Pan Mass Pig Roast

Bergamot chef Keith Pooler goes whole hog, taking on the 92-mile Pan Mass Challenge this summer; you can do your part by digging into pig on Tuesday, July 28th at the restaurant’s pop-up barbeque. In support of Pooler’s upcoming bike ride to benefit the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, the Somerville spot will be serving up whole-roasted hog with complementary sides like hominy slaw, blackeyed peas and potato salad. The late-night roast takes place from 10:00pm-1:00am and all-you-can-eat tickets are available online here for $20 each.
