New World wine hits Boylston St. this month at L’Espalier’s Willamette Valley wine dinner. On Thursday, November 19th, Arik Colbath of Beaux Frères will join sommelier Lauren Daddona in showing off the best Oregon has to offer—one Chardonnay (never before released in MA) and three Pinot Noirs will be paired with a four-course menu that includes seared scallops, wild Arctic char and roast squab.
