Bar Boulud is sweetening the pot for February sweethearts with a pop-up chocolate shop courtesy of pastry chef Robert Differ. From Tuesday, February 7th through Tuesday, February 28th, the chocolate counter is open for pre-order packages and walk-in tastings. Cupcakes, French macarons, bonbons and devil’s food cake can be reserved online here with 48 hours advance notice for pick-up between 12:00 and 7:00pm any day of the week. The shop will provide counter service to in-house guests, as well, during lunch (12:00-2:30pm) and dinner (5:30-10:00pm) services.
