Corn and tomatoes go together like, well, peas and carrots—80 Thoreau celebrates the culinary pair with a dedicated menu of summer crops. Monday, August 29th through Saturday, September 10th, guests can grab a table at the Concord restaurant for a four-course corn and tomatoes prix fixe. Chef Carolyn Johnson showcases the locally harvested produce in plates like pan roasted hake with creamed corn and buttery tomatoes, and heirloom tomato salad with corn croquettes.
