Back in 1998, EVOO was a newly opened spot on Beacon Street in Somerville, chef Peter McCarthy had just completed a stint at The Bostonian Hotel and his wife and business partner Colleen was working as a CPA. Fast forward to today, and wow things have changed. The duo now work at the restaurant together full-time, and they relocated the operation to Cambridge in March 2010. Hear from them as they reflect on the past two decades of business (a stellar feat in the restaurant industry!), and plan to pay them a visit soon to show your support for their big accomplishment.
