An Earth Day Trio from Tomasso

In honor of Earth Day, the folks from Tomasso Trattoria are serving three special menus highlighting the sustainable riches of local farms. From Thursday, April 21st through Saturday, April 23rd, chef Justin Melnick will offer environmentally-minded guests the option of a different four-course prix fixe meal that will change daily – the menu for Friday, April 22nd, for instance, will be meat-free as it just happens to fall on Good Friday. Each meal is $45 per person, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Chefs Collaborative. As an added bonus, the Midwest Dairy Farmers of Organic Valley will match every dollar donated by Tomasso Trattoria.
