For the 115th Boston Marathon, the Beacon Hill Bistro welcomes runners with a gourmet selection of healthful, carb-laden dishes designed to get them from the starting line to the finish line without losing steam. Available from 5:30-10:30pm on Marathon Monday eve (that’s Sunday, April 17th) the specials can be had in appetizer and entrée portions (for $14 and $24 respectively). We’re talking deliciousness like hand-formed cavatelli cacio è pepe with seasonal vegetables; tagliatelle Bolognese finished with house-made ricotta; and fresh herb pappardelle with clams and Serrano ham. For folks who aren’t running – and thus aren’t preoccupied with pre-race carbo loading – the Bistro will be hosting a Monday brunch from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
