Chef-owner Scott Herritt may have added the title Restaurateur to his resume with the opening of Marliave, but that doesn’t mean he’ll let his duties as chef fall to the wayside. Just look at the new photos from Grotto – fantastic as ever. With dishes like sweet potato ravioli; and pan toasted buffalo mozzarella, Herritt leaves no doubt that he’s still churning out a menu full of updated Italian classics. Make a reservation to taste for yourself – the proof is in the pudding, or the ravioli, as the case may be.
