Magnolias’ Seafood Festival Menu

Magnolias celebrates the arrival of fall with their second annual Seafood Festival. Drop by from September 28th through October 23rd for dishes from chef John Silberman’s Festival menu – dishes like skewered plump scallops and apple smoked topped with meuniere sauce; baked oysters crowned with a flavorful crust of rosemary, bacon and garlic served with mashed sweet and new potatoes; and sautéed catfish, shrimp and scallops riding in a crispy eggplant pirogue topped with a spicy Creole sauce.
