Chef Jason Bond serves up an incredible summer treat for you on Wednesday, August 9th, when he partners with Hutchins Farm for a special five-course dinner menu at Bondir. Taking advantage of delicious seasonal vegetables from the Concord farm, Bond will offer dishes like porcaccia with dried and fresh corn sourdough, bok choy and littleneck clams with caramelized corn sauce and grilled scallions, as well as a pork roast with cow peas, broccoli leaf “collards” and charred tomato.
