On Sunday, August 12th, Heritage Fire by Cochon555 is coming to Newport, RI, bringing a wood-fired feast from a team of heavy hitters from all over New England, repping the best in whole-animal cookery, local meat and fish, and fresh produce from a farm near you. Cochon555 is all about honest and heirloom food, highlighting local farmers and the behind-the-scenes work that goes into that Instagrammable dinner, and the Heritage Fire event puts it all on display over open flames with more than 30 local chefs, farmers, cheesemongers, sommeliers, brewers, and distillers.
