Aura

Get cozy this Christmas at Aura, where recently appointed chef Frank Toohey will be serving a spectacular brunch at one seating only (12:00-12:30pm). Avenue One

Celebrate the season at Avenue One at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Boston. Chef Lisa Lyon and her team will be offering a three-course prix fixe on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Highlights from the menu include Maine lobster bisque with white truffle whipped cream and a New England corn beignet; salmon Wellington with spinach, scallop mousse and dill hollandaise; and raspberry crème brulée with a chocolate-dipped Florentine and a Chambord Royale sipper. Christmas Day guests at Turner Fisheries can enjoy all sorts of deliciousness at chef Frank Neugebauer’s all day long buffet. Neugebauer and his team cover all the bases with an assortment of salads (think: winter mache with crispy pancetta, pecans and roasted pears; and golden beets with crumbled goat cheese and green apples), and hot and hearty favorites like Turner’s award-winning clam chowder, roasted prime rib, honey basted Virginia ham and herb and brioche crusted cod.
