Carl Dooley’s Making Cicchetti at SRV

Here’s a delicious way to while away your Wednesday evening: nibbling on complimentary cicchetti in SRV’s first-come, first-served barcaro. Co-chefs Michael Lombardi and Kevin O’Donnell have invited chef Carl Dooley of The Table at Season to Taste to take the reins at their South End spot on Wednesday, March 6th. Dooley, who may look familiar from his stint on Top Chef (season 13, which traveled all over California), was also among the semifinalists for a James Beard Award for Best Chef Northeast and he’s got some tasty tricks up his sleeve. Skip on over to the South End between 5:30 and 7:30pm for salt cod croquettes, lamb tostadas and beef tartare lettuce wraps (among other things).
