Lincoln Tavern shakes up everyone’s favorite, usually-reserved-for-the-weekend, midday meal at their Brunch Test Kitchen. Every Friday, chef Nick Dixon rolls out fresh culinary creations that are still works-in-progress. It’s a chance for the kitchen to see what’s popular and tweak as needed, and it’s a chance for you to sneak preview dishes like apple cinnamon toast crunch crumb cake, confit chicken hash or a lobster omelet with Port Salut cheese, roasted corn and arugula.
