The folks at Sulmona feel you shouldn’t have to wait until the night before Christmas for your Feast of the Seven Fishes. Starting on Monday, December 11th, chef-owner Delio Susi will be adding a special, fish-heavy a la carte menu to the evening offerings so you can have as many fishes as you see fit. Just book a table after 5:30pm to choose from dishes like grilled octopus with spicy aioli and crispy smashed potatoes, lobster agnolotti in a pink brandy cream with caramelized shallots, and, in honor of Susi’s Uncle Guy (a big sea urchin fan, apparently) a buccatini uni dish that’s not to be missed.
