Chef Carolyn Johnson and her team at 80 Thoreau are hosting an intimate dinner celebrating the best of local winter produce and some fantastic Italian wines to match. On Wednesday, February 25, starting at 7:30pm guests can taste some of Italy’s best exports while enjoying the dishes that highlight seasonal produce.
