Legal Harborside celebrates the Chappellet family vineyard with a wine dinner on Tuesday, February 10th. Cyril Chappellet, chairman of the board, will represent the family-owned winery founded on Napa Valley’s Pritchard Hill by his parents, Molly and Donn Chappellet, in 1967. The Chappellet wines have been praised by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator and Wine Advocate, among others, and the chefs at Legal Harborside have crafted a four-course prix fixe menu with dishes like Moroccan braised lamb belly and charred New York strip steak.
