Chefs Bob and Dave Kinkead bring back their Show & Taste Tuesdays on February 21st. This installment features oyster and quail in the highlighted three-course menu which chef Kinkead will prepare and demonstrate, letting his students in on all the tips and techniques that make a Sibling Rivalry meal special. The evening, which begins at 7:00pm, costs $70 per person which includes the demo, dinner and wine pairings.
