Tastes of 51 Lincoln

The Tasting Room at 51 Lincoln

Chef Jeff Fournier invites you off menu at the brand-new Tasting Room at 51 Lincoln. The team has recently revamped their private dining room to make an exclusive space for the kitchen to share fresh and inventive dishes. The 20-person dinners will feature five courses at $65 per person with the option of hand-selected wine pairings for an additional $25 per person (by-the-glass and bottle lists will also be available). Fournier will debut the concept with a Summer Wine Dinner on Wednesday, July 29th with pairings by sommelier Abe Lerner. The menu will change frequently but see below for a sample, including dishes like pork like rillette and roasted peppers, and cured lamb loin with caramelized peaches.
