Bread & Salt Hospitality has their (and your) plate full—with the opening of Juliet on the horizon, Josh Lewin and Katrina Jazayeri are keeping busy with a temporary tapas restaurant at Cuisine en Locale. The pair will take over Cuisine from Thursdays through Sundays to present a menu of authentic Spanish dishes inspired by their travels in Barcelona and Seville at Gitana. The restaurant will launch on Thursday, June 19th with a Thursday through Saturday lunch menu and Sunday brunch. When dinner service begins on Thursday, June 25th, Gitana will be open 11:00am-11:00pm for grab-and-go or sit-down diners. Beer, wine and sherry will be available during lunch hours and a full bar will be on-hand for dinner and brunch. Take a peek at Lewin’s local-focused menu and see the restaurant hours below.
