The Westin Boston Waterfront taps Executive Sous Chef Lucien Weavil to host the first session in their new Cooking Demo Series at Sauciety. Taking advantage of the late summer crop, the up-and-coming cooker will be focusing his energies on tomatoes, using varietals and heirlooms from local and sustainable farms. The educational get together, which costs $65 per person, runs from 6:00-9:00pm and includes a signature cocktail and hors d’oeuvres to start, followed by a three-course demonstration dinner (that means Weavil will walk you through each course before you get to eat it) with paired wines.
