Champagne Rooftop Brunch at the Taj

Nothing like a glass of bubbly to brighten up the standard Sunday brunch – the folks at The Café at the Taj go one better by adding sweeping views of the Boston skyline to the weekly ritual. Every Sunday, enjoy executive chef Franck Steigerwald‘s delectable buffet spread filled with a myriad of culinary stations (think omelets, waffles, cheese, charcuterie and carving, to name a few) whilst gazing out over the beautiful city from the rooftop dining room on the seventeenth floor. Chef Prabeen Prathapan will spice things up a bit with a special Indian cuisine spread and pastry chef Susan Lagalle will reward guests with a mouth watering dessert buffet. Brunch, for which seatings are available from 11:00am to 2:30pm, costs $66 for adults (there’s a glass of champagne involved) and $30 for children 4 to 12 years old.
