Toro’s teaming up with their friends at Clover Food Lab and the folks from Barr Hill Gin for their August Industry Night. Make for the South End on Thursday, August 4th for bites and bevvies from the talented trio. Jessyloo & co. from Barr Hill by Caledonia Spirits will be pouring honeyed beverages (Barr Hill produces its own honey in collaboration with Champlain Valley Apiaries) while Clover’s culinary team take the reins in the kitchen to prep locally-sourced snacks like corn fritters with rhubarb and Champlain honey; and fried Jamaica Plain tofu with zucchini, shiso and basil. Swing by anytime after 11:00pm (but before 2:00am) to catch up, commiserate or just compare notes with your fellow hospitality professionals.
