Californian Rhones come to Concord. On Wednesday, March 29th, 80 Thoreau will showcase the bottles of Santa Barbara’s small-production Sanguis Winery with a four-course dinner. Sanguis owner Matthias Pippig will present the wines and chef Carolyn Johnson has curated a one-of-a-kind menu to match the pours – expect dishes like venison & hen terrine, veal ravioli and grilled buffalo sirloin. Take a look at the menu below and call 978.318.0008 to have them save you a 7:30pm seat.
