If the mild winter weather has you looking to spice things up, head to Harvard Square for the annual Some Like It Hot Chili Cook-Off. On Saturday, February 6th, restaurants from around the Square will be dishing up their renditions of the one-pot wonder in pursuit of the grand prize, the Harvard Square Chili Pot. From traditional takes to more exotic varieties, there’ll be something to suit every palate thanks to chefs from spots like Beat Brasserie, Boston Burger Co., El Jefe’s Taqueria and The Sinclair, among others. The forecast says it’ll be in the 40s so get semi bundled up and get to the Brattle Plaza (in front of the Brattle Florist) for the free, outdoor event which runs from 1:00-2:30pm.
