Bistro du Midi squeezes the most out of winter with a French celebration of citrus fruits. In honor of the yearly festival across the Atlantic, chef Robert Sisca has put together a three-course Fête du Citron menu. Pastry chef Robert Gonzalez adds some sweet to the tart on the dessert side and sommelier Todd Lipman extends the juicy offerings to the glass with a la carte specialty cocktails. See below for more of the menu, available Sunday through Friday evenings, 5:00-10:00pm, for $45 per person.
