On Tuesday, January 31st, Babbo pays delicious homage to the island of Sicily with a regional wine dinner. At 6:30pm, guests will be greeted with a glass of Prosecco before sitting down to a four-course menu from chef Mario LaPosta. Southern Italian dishes like arancini, grilled mackerel, and cannoli will be matched with Sicilian wines chosen by wine director Jeff Porter.
