Puritan & Co. Goes Restaurant-to-Farm

Jeffrey Kuo Photography

No need to stay in Cambridge to get Puritan & Company’s New England-style nosh. The Inman Square outpost is expanding their culinary operations to The Herb Lyceum, a 4-acre working farm managed by chef Will Gilson’s family since the 1800s. Starting on Friday, May 4th, Gilson & his talented team will be handling all weddings, special events and retreats at the Groton, Massachusetts grounds, including the popular monthly farm dinners. Join those communal feasts on select Fridays and Saturdays throughout the summer — they run $75 per person, including gratuity, and feature five courses of farm-centric seasonal cuisine (plus, they’re BYOB because how fun is that?!).
