Chef Scott Osif’s got a few surprises in store for after dinner diners at Fairsted Kitchen. Starting at 11:00pm every night he’ll be serving a rotating selection of fanciful snacks that aren’t available on the main menu. One night it might be Korean-style duck wings with gochujang sauce and the next it might be pig’s ears fries (or duck sloppy Joes, or beef tongue Philly cheesesteak – you get the idea: delicious and maybe a little off-the-beaten-path, culinarily speaking).
