Bambara Celebrates Earth Day All Week

The folks at Bambara are going green all week long in honor of Earth Day. To do your part, just drop in for dinner and enjoy chef Jay Silva‘s specially designed Earth Week prix fixe. The four-course menu, priced at $45 ($60 with sustainable wines) is built around lots of local ingredients including Island Creek oysters, produce from Verrill Farm, Berkshire pork and an entirely Cambridge-sourced sundae for dessert. Book a table anytime from Monday, April 18th through Saturday, April 23rd.
