He’s survived the torments of Gordon Ramsay and flourished at Gargoyles on the Square for years but now Jason Santos is moving on to his next challenge. In June, the Hell’s Kitchen alum opens up his new venture in the Financial District in the space most recently occupied by Lobby. Santos, for his part, will keep up with the creative and delicious cuisine that put him on the map, infusing interesting techniques and perfect flavor combinations into the lunch, dinner and drink menus.
