In honor of Earth Day, some of the city’s most environmentally-minded chefs have created special menus and dinners so you can satisfy the cravings of your palate without damaging the planet. KO Prime and Bambara are both offering locally-sourced prix fixe menus all week long; Tomasso Trattoria will be hosting a trio of earth-friendly dinners; Henrietta’s Table teams up with Westport Rivers for an all-local meal; the team at Tastings Wine Bar & Bistro offers up a supper of sustainable goodies; and a portion of the proceeds from Craigie on Main‘s four-day-long celebration and the Earth Day Dinner at 606 Congress will be donated to Chefs Collaborative.
