Tastings’ Earth Day Tribute to Sustainability

On Thursday, April 21st, the green-leaning chefs at Tastings Wine Bar & Bistro pay homage to all things organic and sustainable with a special Earth Day Dinner. The five-course menu from chef Matthew Maue, which will be made available in addition to the standard a la carte offerings at the Foxborough wine bar, costs $59 per person (not including tax or gratuity). You can have their expert sommeliers pick accompanying wines for an additional $20 per person. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Chefs Collaborative, so sign on for a delicious and conscientious dinner.
