Chef Anthony Mazzotta makes like that proverbial kid in a candy store with the newest crop of photos in Sasso‘s BostonChefs portfolio. With dish descriptions that read like a who’s who of classic springtime produce, Mazzotta seems to be incorporating as much of it as he can- peas, fava beans, morel and hen of the woods mushrooms all make appearances, adding vibrant color and fresh flavor to the menu at Sasso where spring has definitely sprung.
