Lots of Love for La Voile

La Voile may be brand new to the BostonChefs website but their story goes back all the way to 1947 – in France. Originally called La Voile au Vent (which translates to the sail in the wind), the restaurant was a Cannes favorite before being brought over piece by piece (including staff in some cases) to their new home on Newbury Street. Chef Christophe Santos and sous chef Raphael Lambert keep the restaurant’s roots alive with a menu that’s about as French as they come.
