The Steak Room is Coming to Rochambeau

Soon you’ll be able to make any night a soirée steak (aka steak night) at Rochambeau. Starting on Monday, February 5th, the bustling two-story French-inspired brasserie at the base of the Hynes Convention Center is transforming their first-floor dining room into The Steak Room, a steak frites-only experience where you can enjoy a steak frites-centric prix fixe menu from noon to 10:00pm seven days a week.

If you’re looking to bone up on your protein, check out the menu here, which features an 8-oz. skirt steak served with fresh greens and bread, and comes with endless frites (yes, endless!) for $36. In addition to all the bœuf, you can add on starters like classic French onion soup with Gruyere, and shrimp cocktail with horseradish cocktail sauce to get the party started. Wash everything down with a pint of Kronenbourg or two, or sip a cocktail like the Perfect Pierre (Pierre Ferrand Ambre, Bordiga Dry & Rosso) to get your palate primed.

Grab a reservation for The Steak Room here or give them a call at 617.247.0400, and don’t fret if you’re looking for their regular menus; Rochambeau’s Street Bar cafe is still serving brunch every day from 10:00am to 3:00pm, and the second floor dining room is serving regular dinner items every night.
