Chef Eric Brennan makes it a little easier to stick to your new year’s resolutions this year with the Winter Tasting Menu at Excelsior. You can save a little money, spend quality time with loved ones and eat better all in one fell swoop with the three-course prix fixe, which costs $50 per person ($65 if one of your new year’s resolutions was to enjoy more good wine in 2008). Available Sunday through Friday evenings during the month of January, the menu changes on a weekly basis.
