Icarus Unveils Chef’s Tasting Menu

Icarus unveils its brand new Chef’s Tasting Menu this month. Plan your next Monday through Thursday outing to this South End culinary institution and sit down to a four-course tasting menu from chef Bill Flumerfelt for just $39 per person – throw in the optional wine pairing, and your tab is still just $54 per person. The menu, which will change every week, might go something like this…salad of wild arugula with cippolini onions, roasted baby beets, grilled foccacia and chevre with honey balsamic vinaigrette; herb-crusted roulade of beef with taleggio cheese and potato gnocchi; and cinnamon panna cotta and candied apple ring.
