The menu, which will change every week, might go something like this…salad of wild arugula with cippolini onions, roasted baby beets, grilled foccacia and chevre with honey balsamic vinaigrette; herb-crusted roulade of beef with taleggio cheese and potato gnocchi; and cinnamon panna cotta and candied apple ring.
