Gain a little vinous knowledge and channel your inner sommelier by attending Via Matta‘s new Monday night wine series, Vino Tavolo. Throughout the spring and summer wine director Manny Gonzales will lead guests in a casual discussion of various Italian wines while guests get to share their opinions and help shape the wine list. Of course there will be tasty dishes prepared by chef Mike Pagliarini (dishes that have earned the Michael Schlow seal of approval) to accompany the vino.
