Revel in all sorts of quaint, old world charm at the Beacon Hill Holiday Stroll on Thursday, December 10th. Charles Street shopkeepers, who’ve decked the halls just for the occasion, will be staying open late and serving refreshments while Victorian carolers and a walking brass band make the rounds. Bring the kiddies for pictures with Santa or horse and buggy rides – but don’t miss the tree lighting at the corner of Charles and Mt. Vernon Streets at 7:00pm. Plan ahead and book a table at one of the Hill’s stellar restaurants like the Beacon Hill Bistro, Bin 26 or Clink at the Liberty Hotel. Slightly farther afield but well worth the walk (if you’re not all strolled out, that is) are No. 9 Park, KO Prime, Mooo….and Grotto. Just call the restaurants directly for reservations.
