Explore Spanish Wines at Sycamore

Sycamore

The crew at Sycamore in Newton Centre is all fired up (after their recent Greek wine dinner) and ready to have everyone back to explore the wines and flavors of Spain. Join chefs David Punch and Simon Armen on Thursday, June 9th for four courses (three savory, one sweet) with pairings of vino blanco, vino tinto, and maybe even a vino rosado (that’s white, red and rosé wines if you’re not fluent). Scope out the menu below and book your spot ASAP as their special events tend to fill up early – you can use the time to brush up on your Spanish wine terms like seco, cosecha, and Cava — but don’t worry, the Consejo Regulador won’t be checking up on you at the event; all you have to do is enjoy. Come down to the bistro beforehand for a cocktail, or add an after dinner Sherry (fino or amontillado) at the bar for the full night-out experience. Tickets are $95 each and include food and wine but not tax and gratuity. Reservations are available via the web, or by calling the restaurant at 617.244.4445 after 1:00pm Tuesday-Thursday.
