Sous chefs from UpStairs on the Square and KO Prime face off in the kitchen at Sel de la Terre Back Bay in the next Sous Chef Smackdown. On Tuesday, May 4th at 7:00pm Stacy Causewell (of UpStairs) and Jason Cheek (KO Prime) will be showing off their kitchen skills in four courses. Dinner guests can get a great meal and a glimpse of Boston’s culinary future (the sous chefs of today are tomorrow’s executive chefs, after all) for just $45 per person.
