Every Monday night, Douglass Williams and his team at MIDA serve their Mangia Pasta menu — an all-you-can-eat housemade pasta special that comes with salad and bread for just $35 per person — and on April 1st, the kitchen team is getting another culinary comrade: guest chef Seizi Imura of Cafe Sushi.
