Chef-owner Jason Bond is expanding the Thursday night special into a weeklong affair for the month of August for a very Bondir-ish take on Restaurant Week. Book a weeknight table at the teeny tiny Cambridge restaurant before the end of the month to partake of Chef de Cuisine Brendan Joy’s three-course prix fixe for a mere $55 per person. The offerings, which will be posted weekly but may very well change ever so slightly from day to day, feature locally-grown, caught and cultivated ingredients in dishes like heirloom tomato with coriander, garlic and consommé; or roasted pork leg with charred escarole, cranberry beans and sour cherries. Have a look at the inaugural menu below then call 617.661.0009 for your midweek reservation.
